If you have forgotten your password

Please click the ‘Lost your password?’ link in the login window. You can use either your MRN or your primary contact email address to both login or retrieve lost passwords.

Your MRN is at least four digits. If your number is less than 1000, please pad with zeros to make it four digits. For example 0005.

You will receive an email with a link to change your password.

You can change the suggested password to something you will remember by typing over the one that is generated. Your password should be at least six characters and while it isn’t recommended, the website will accept weak passwords.

To reset your password

Log out and then click on login again. Follow instructions above If you have forgotten your password.

Can’t login?

Please note, you will not be able to log in if your invoice is overdue.

Please contact us and select either Website/Password Enquiries or Invoice Enquiries.

Clicking on Assessment Area doesn’t do anything?

Log out and log back in again. You will need to re-enter your password (do not use remember password). You have most likely been logged out of the assessment site due to inactivity.

Mobile devices

If you are using an iPad or mobile phone the menu items will appear to be missing. This is because the layout has been modified for mobile devices.

To access the menu items, click on the blue circle containing three lines. To login, click on AACP Portal and then Login.

Once logged in, at the very top of the page you will see an arrow that looks like a v. It’s quite small and not very obvious. Click on the arrow to logout or to check you are logged in.
