Condition of Entry

Covid vaccination status in QLD
In accordance with QLD Government regulations, all guests must provide proof of vaccination status. Only fully vaccinated guests can enter the premises and its venues and outlets.


Any name changes to your accommodation reservation must be made directly to Sea World Resort phone: 07 5591 0084

Important Note: Accommodation at Sea World Resort is non-refundable. Interstate attendees should carefully consider this when making travel and accommodation reservations.

Exception: If it is due to the borders being closed or your state is in lockdown and due to this you cannot travel to Qld, you will be able to claim a refund on your accommodation cost.

The accommodation account must be settled directly with the resort and not ConPharm organisers.


A confirmation of registration details and tax invoice will be issued to the email address provided on submission of the registration form. Please allow three to four business days to receive this confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact the ConPharm organisers on 02 6120 2800 or via email


Full payment of registration fees must be received when registering online with a credit card or bank transfer.

If you have requested an invoice prior to payment, please ensure payment is made within 14 days.

If you have requested a payment plan, then an initial payment of $200 at the time of registration is required, followed by two equal payments indicated on the invoice issued.

Credit Card Protection Policy

Credit Card payments are made directly through the AACP website to ensure your personal details are kept safe. We do not store your credit card details.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

All cancellations and requests for registration fee refunds must be made in writing to

  1. AACP offers attendees a 100% COVID 19 refund guarantee – if you cannot attend ConPharm 2022 due to border control measures or government restrictions you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
  2. For a change of mind and all other cancellations made before 14 May 2022 will receive a refund less a $100.00 per delegate administration fee.
  3. Cancellations after 14 May 2022 will receive 50% refund.
  4. No refunds will be issued until after the seminar.
  5. Substitute names will be accepted. Substituting a delegate from the same organisation is welcome as long as notification of the change is received in writing by email before 22 May 2022.
  6. No refunds will be given for non-attendance at the seminar.
  7. Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual providers and not ConPharm organisers.

Insurance and Liability

Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel, accommodation, health and accident insurance.  Delegate registration fees do not provide for any such coverage.  The seminar organisers the Australian Association of Consultant Pharmacy cannot accept any responsibility for personal injuries, loss of, or damage to private property belonging to the seminar participants and accompanying persons.


Participation at ConPharm is at the sole discretion of the Australian Association of Consultant Pharmacy (AACP) and is subject to conditions laid down by the AACP. The AACP reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone it sees fit. This can occur without notice. In the event this is required a refund of the registration fee will be facilitated.

Attendees at all ConPharm sessions and workshops must be over 18 years.

In 2022 children are permitted to the welcome reception at Sea World on Friday 17 June provided they are registered to attend and are supervised by the accompanying adult. 

It is a condition of entry to the ConPharm Seminar, Trade Exhibition, or associated functions that you may be photographed or filmed at the event, and that your image may be used on promotional material for future seminars including the AACP web site and enews.
