Terms and Conditions


A confirmation of registration details and tax invoice will be issued to the email address provided on submission of the registration form. Please allow three to four business days to receive this confirmation. If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact the ConPharm organisers on 02 61202800 or via email


Full payment of registration fees must be received prior to the seminar, so please ensure that your fees are paid prior to your arrival at ConPharm. Please ensure if you are making a payment after you have requested an invoice you do so within 14 days, unless other arrangements have been made with the ConPharm organisers.

Credit Card Protection Policy

Credit Card payments are made directly through the AACP website to ensure your personal details are kept safe. We do not store your credit card details.

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to

  1. Cancellations made before 14 May 2021 will receive a refund less a $100.00 per delegate administration fee.
  2. Cancellations after 14 May 2021 will receive no refund.
  3. No refunds will be issued until after the seminar.
  4. Substitute names will be accepted. Substituting a delegate from the same organisation is welcome as long as notification of the change is received in writing by email before 22 May 2021.
  5. No refunds will be given for non-attendance at the seminar.
  6. Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual organisations concerned and not Conpharm organisers.

If ConPharm 2021 is cancelled due to Government restrictions a refund will be given for the registration cost only minus a small admin fee.

Insurance and Liability

Participants are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel, health and accident insurance.  Delegate registration fees do not provide for any such coverage.  The seminar organisers the Australian Association of Consultant Pharmacy cannot accept any responsibility for personal injuries, loss of, or damage to private property belonging to the seminar participants and accompanying persons.


Only one room per delegate is available at the special rate organised with the Hilton Adelaide.

Any changes to your accommodation must be made directly to the Hilton Adelaide on (08) 8217 2000. Please note reservations cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.

The accommodation account must be settled directly with the hotel and not ConPharm organisers.

The Hilton Adelaide will charge a deposit equal to one night’s accommodation when the booking is made.


Participation at ConPharm is at the sole discretion of the Australian Association of Consultant Pharmacy (AACP) and is subject to conditions laid down by the AACP. The AACP reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone it sees fit. This can occur without notice. In the event this is required a refund of the registration fee will be facilitated.

Attendees at ConPharm must be over 18 years. Attendance at seminar sessions, workshops and associated functions is not permitted for younger persons.

Attendee numbers will be limited to comply with SA Government restrictions on the size of indoor gatherings permitted at the time of the event. The AACP will comply with relevant COVID-19 restrictions. Interstate attendees should carefully consider this when making travel and accommodation reservations.

Condition of Entry

It is a condition of entry to the ConPharm Seminar and Trade Exhibition that you may be photographed or filmed at the event, and that your image may be used on promotional material for future seminars including the AACP web site.
