AACP 15th Annual Consultant Clinical Pharmacy Seminar

ConPharm returns to Melbourne in 2019

The Australian Association of Consultant Pharmacy (AACP) will hold its 15th Annual Consultant Pharmacy Seminar, ConPharm at the Pullman on the Park Melbourne from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 June 2019.

ConPharm is one of the most popular events on the CPD calendar. For those actively involved in consultant pharmacy practice it is one seminar that should not be missed. The program is designed to appeal to accredited pharmacists and those undergoing accreditation.

The AACP is always delighted to welcome back those who have attended and supported the event since the early days. For those new to ConPharm, attendance provides an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with their peers and be inspired by their colleagues.

Speakers already confirmed for the event include Maree McCabe, Chief Executive Officer Dementia Australia, Professor Geoffrey Hebbard, Director of Gastroenterology at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and Professor Jonathan Shaw, Deputy Director (Clinical and Population Health) at Melbourne’s Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute.

Other popular speakers returning include Dr Andrew Stafford, Debbie Rigby, Professor Jeff Hughes, Dr Geraldine Moses and Dr Peter Tenni.

Exhibitors in the trade display will promote services and information specifically targeted to the role of accredited pharmacists.

As the AACP acknowledges the financial demands of maintaining accreditation, it will also continue to offer of a payment plan which enables attendees to pay the registration fee in instalments with no additional costs.

The AACP acknowledges the long-time support of its major sponsors Pharmaceutical Defence Ltd (PDL) and MIMS Australia.
